I love the sound and feel of the bass, but with it's weight of 12+ pounds and severe neck dive, I could not play it without tweaking my back, neck and shoulder. I tried various straps, both wide and padded. I also tried moving the lower strap button, but also to no avail. Finally, I decided, since it was a fretless, I'd try to play it like an upright. After several false starts, I finally came up with something that works for me. |
